In calendered PVC
Nearly twenty years of calendered PVC went into these lines. Fresh resin per run, no recycled content, no aged stock rolls re-labeled as new. Orders are scheduled on the line — which is why MOQ is a ton and why the spec you confirm is the spec that ships.
A second production base in Qingyuan is under construction to widen capacity for export programs. Your QC is welcome on a live video walk of the workshop — raw material, calendering, winding, packing — before and during your order.
Honest limits
- — We do not sell stock rolls. Everything is made to order.
- — We do not run single sample rolls; one short run costs roughly a full ton.
- — We do not promise what a lab report cannot back.
